Lott Creek Landing

This prairie inspired modern home is a SAM award winner!

One of the challenges in designing this 3800 sq foot home is that it backs  north and the homeowners wanted ample light shining into the house throughout the day.  To make the back of the home feel bright, the design included soaring 21 foot ceilings open to the second floor and a wall of windows wrapping over the fireplace bringing west light into the home.

Highlights of this award winning design include a custom staircase with open risers and custom steel and glass railing, a custom built wine room built into lower staircase, a huge sunken kitchen with 12 ft ceilings and a 2 storey foyer with stunning feature wall welcoming guests into the home.
